Pursuant to the terms of the Settlement, there will be two distributions to the Seller Eligible Class Members. Claimants who have filed a claim prior to June 7, 2006, did not exclude him or herself from the proposed Class, and have valid sale transactions will be included in the Second Distribution for the International Auction Houses Litigation. Seller claims filed after the January 15, 2005 due date will be accepted and reviewed by the Claims Administrator, and if found valid, will be paid, with interest, from the Settlement fund.
